General Terms

These terms are being issued by Q's Books, Hamilton in respect of products sold in Australia and Overseas.

All books are invoiced at our recommended retail price less our discount to the customer. All foreign currency purchases are converted to the Australian Dollar on the day of order. Discounts are already incorporated in our prices. However discounts may be renegotiated and is dependant on quantities ordered.

Were applicable all prices are inclusive of the Australian Goods & Services Tax. Prices are expressed in Australian currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due prior to shipment

Internet Sales

Q's Books endeavours to meet scheduled delivery dates, but will not be responsible for and accepts no liability for delays or failure to deliver due to fire, accident, failure of carriers, suppliers or publishers or other causes beyond our control. Overseas Customers are reminded that Australian Goods & Services Tax does not apply.

For customers requiring expedited or tracked shipment additional fees and charges will apply, all shipments are shipped using international surface or economy airmail unless prior arrangements have been made. Insurance is available at an additional cost.

In-Store Sales

Our payment terms a strictly cash. We accept VISA and Mastercharge. Each of our stores has EFTPOS available for use by customers. All sales are considered FIRM SALE unless a prior agreement has been agreed too.

Some select customers may have a discount card that maybe used within our store, you are reminded to present the card prior to purchase.

Payment Methods

We prefer Visa & Mastercharge and accept bank drafts and money orders made payable in Australian Dollars.

We do not accept personal cheques, however payment may be made by Company Cheque if a prior arrangement has been made, please include your drivers license and address details for verification.

Trade Discounts

We recognize the importance of our industry networks. A trade discount is available to commercial traders and booksellers. All trade discounted items are considered Firm Sale. Please contact us to determine your eligibility.
