In-store customers can also take advantage of our novel trade-in service this service allows our customers to return novels purchased from the store for up to fifty percent of their purchase value, you are reminded that you may need to tender your receipt. If an incorrect item is delivered or the item not as described in our published description, you may contact us for a return authorisation number.
